摘要
许多城市在进行城市改造时受历史条件及客观因素的制约,老城区的排水系统无法彻底改造成分流制系统,合流制排水系统将长期存在。对不便于进行雨污分流改造区域的合流溢流口建设调蓄池,将初期污染物浓度高、超过水体自净能力的这部分合流水量调蓄,在降雨过后,在一定时间段内输送至合流污水截流干管或附近污水厂,避免直排河道,可以有效削减水体污染,是解决老城区合流制溢流污染的有效途径。以西南地区某市中心城区一个主要溢流口服务区域为例,采用截留倍数计算法和溢流体积控制率法对调蓄池容积进行核算,同时以实测溢流数据进行复核,进而得到CSO调蓄池的推荐有效容积。
Many cities are restricted by historical conditions and objective factors in the urban reconstruction,the drainage system of the old city can not be completely transformed into a diversion system,combined drainage system will exist for a long time.To rain sewage diversion is not convenient to transforming region in the confluence of the overflow mouth construction storage pool,the initial pollutant concentration is high,more than this part of the water self-purification ability of water regulation of the confluence,after the rain,in a certain time period to confluence sewage intercepting main or nearby sewage factory,avoid direct drainage channel,can effectively reduce water pollution,It is an effective way to solve overflow pollution of confluence system in old city.Taking a main overflow port service area in the central city of a city in southwest China as an example,the retention multiple calculation method and overflow volume control rate method were used to calculate the volume of the storage pool,and the measured overflow data were checked,and then the recommended effective volume of the CSO storage pool was obtained.
