摘要
某高速公路工程,拟定采用超薄磨耗层技术修复道路路表开裂、松散病害,提升道路服役性能。本文依托该项目施工实践,优化其超薄层配比设计,确定契合环境的油石比;选择温度、湿度作为主要研究变量,运用控制变量的思想,分析了湿度、温度对混合料构造层深度的影响;在高温、高湿环境下运用马歇尔试验,分析了油石比对混合料抗滑性能的影响,提出了提升沥青路面抗滑性能的具体措施,旨在为同类工程超薄磨耗层配比设计提供指导。
In an expressway project,it is proposed to adopt ultra-thin wearing course technology to repair road surface cracking and loosening diseases and improve road service performance.Based on the construction practice of the project,this paper optimizes the proportion design of its ultra-thin layer and determines the asphalt aggregate ratio that fits the environment;Temperature and humidity are selected as the main research variables,and the influence of humidity and temperature on the depth of mixture structure layer is analyzed by using the idea of control variables;Using Marshall test in high temperature and high humidity environment,this paper analyzes the influence of asphalt stone ratio on the anti sliding performance of mixture,and puts forward specific measures to improve the anti sliding performance of asphalt pavement,in order to provide guidance for the proportioning design of ultra-thin wearing course in similar projects.
