高质量发展是新时代我国高职教育发展新使命,立足我国高职教育现状,应从“我是谁?去哪里?如何去?”三个方面正确把握高职教育高质量发展的方位、方向与方略。高职高质量发展应以提质培优、增值赋能为发展主线,坚持推进内涵式发展,提高职业教育质量,培育职业教育优质品牌,增强行业认可度,增加成长成才价值,提升吸引力,赋予经济发展动能,提升贡献率。重点建设一批起点高、积淀厚,引领地方产业,具有国际影响力和竞争力的中国特色高水平高职院校与专业集群,打造中国职教人才培养的旗帜与标杆。

High-quality development is a new mission for the development of higher vocational education in China in the new era. Based on the status quo of higher vocational education in China, we should grasp the understanding of the orientation, direction and strategy in the high-quality development of higher vocational education by asking three questions: Who am I? Where to go? How to go? High vocational education should stick to high-quality development and value empowerment, and adhere to the promotion of connotative development, improve the quality of vocational education, cultivate high-quality vocational education brands, enhance industry recognition, and push forward the growth of talent, increase attractiveness, give economic development momentum, and increase contribution rate. Attention need to be paid to the building of local industries of high level and solid foundation with a leading position, and a group of high-level vocational colleges and specialty clusters with Chinese characteristics, international influence and competitiveness, and set a role model and a standard for China′s vocational education talent training.
