摘要
针对大多数塔杆接地装置腐蚀检测方法存在较大的破坏性、且精度不佳的问题,提出了一种基于电阻层析成像的塔杆接地装置腐蚀无损检测方法.在对塔杆接地装置腐蚀过程和影响因素进行数学建模的基础上,设计无损检测系统,其中利用埋入式电极注入电流采集电压的方式获取电导率数据,并运用基于共轭梯度法的电阻成像技术进行图像重构,从而实现塔杆接地装置的无损检测.所提方法在LabVIEW和MATLAB平台的试验结果表明,其可以对接地装置的钢材腐蚀情况进行可视化处理,且检测误差与时间分别为0.42 ms和36 ms,均优于其他对比方法.
Aiming at the severe destruction and poor accuracy of most corrosion detection methods for tower pole grounding devices,a nondestructive detection method for tower pole grounding devices based on electrical resistance tomography was proposed.According to the mathematical modeling of corrosion process and influencing factors for tower pole grounding devices,a nondestructive detection system was designed.The conductivity data were obtained by injecting current into the embedded electrode for voltage collection,and the image was reconstructed by using a resistance imaging technology based on a conjugate gradient method to realize the nondestructive detection of tower pole grounding devices.The experimental results based on LabVIEW and MATLAB platform show that the as-proposed method can visualize the steel corrosion of grounding devices,and the detection error and time are 0.42 ms and 36 ms,respectively,which are better than those of other comparative methods.
