井矿电机车使用经验分析与探讨

Analysis and Discussion on the Use Experience of Well and Mine Electric Locomotive

电机车是整个矿产业在生产前端的必备设备之一,其重要性在整个矿产业举足轻重,特别是近年来电子信息和通讯等新技术应用在电机车上,使得其方便性和可操作性得到大大提高。本文结合工作经验,从实际操作和工程现场出发对电机车的日常操作及常见故障展开了分析和总结。在梳理了国内对电机车研究现状的基础上对电机车日常操作进行了简述,然后从电机车的“人”、“机”、“环境”、“管理”四个方面对电机车的常见作业隐患、日常管理难点及安全防范等方面进行了深入讨论,并进一步结合自身工作实际,对电机车常见的掉道事故展开了分析。

Electric locomotive is one of the necessary equipment in the front of the production of the whole mining industry,its importance is very important in the whole mining industry,especially in recent years,electronic information and communication and other new technology applied in the motor vehicle,making its convenience and operability has been greatly improved.Based on working experience,this paper analyzes and summarizes the daily operation and common faults of electric locomotive from practical operation and engineering site.In combed the domestic status quo on the basis of the research on electric locomotive has carried on the brief daily operation for electric locomotive,and then from electric locomotive“people”,“machine”,“environment”,“management”four aspects of common operation hidden trouble,daily management difficulties of electric locomotive and safety etc.Carried on the thorough discussion,and combining the reality of their own work,The common lane-dropping accidents of electric locomotive are analyzed.
