High speed bar production line makes use of old original rolling mill equipment.Through innovation of main rolling mill and finishing collection system,new heating furnace,water cooling system and high speed steel feeding system are all made of domestic process technology and equipment,which improves automation,intelligence level and production efficiency of production line.After innovation,actual production capacity broke through design production capacity of 120%,which proves that the mode of old high speed wire production line innovation of high speed bar production line is feasible.
