峨眉山天然药用植物资源研究虚拟仿真实验教学项目建设 被引量:1

摘要 为提升生物技术专业学生在生物制药方面的综合实践能力,将学过的理论知识与生物资源利用、生物制药生产实际结合起来,四川大学生命科学学院充分利用当地特色生态资源,建设了峨眉山珍稀天然药用植物资源研究虚拟仿真实验。与野外药用植物资源调查“虚实结合”的教学模式,充分发挥了虚拟仿真实验教学项目在企业综合实训中的应用。实验项目克服了在有限学时内,受天气和环境影响而无法达到的预期教学目标,是传统实验教学的有效补充,开辟了野外药用植物资源研究调查的新模式。 In order to improve the comprehensive practical ability of biotechnological students in biopharmaceuticals,the college of life sciences has made full use of the local characteristic ecological resources in Sichuan University,and built a virtual simulation experiment for the research of rare natural medicinal plant resources in mountain emei by combining the learned theoretical knowledge with the actual use of biological resources and biopharmaceutical production.The teaching mode of“Combination of Virtual and Actual”with field medical plant resources investigation has given full play to the application of virtual simulation experiment teaching project in enterprise comprehensive training.The experimental project overcomes the expected teaching goal that cannot be achieved due to the influence of weather and environment in limited class hours,is an effective supplement to the traditional experimental teaching,and opens up a new mode of research and investigation on medicinal plant resources in the field.
