城市形态学视角下的集合住宅设计教学探索

Exploration on the Design Teaching of Collective Houses from the Perspective of Urban Morphology

在城市形态学理论视角下,城市集合住宅具有空间与社会的双重内涵:一方面,它是联系建筑层面“居住空间单元”与城市层面“整体形态”的中介物;另一方面,城市集合住宅形态同城市社会环境紧密关联,进而塑造居住人群特定的生活模式。本文以重庆大学城乡规划专业本科的城市集合住宅设计课程为例,探索将城市形态作为推动集合住宅设计的关键视角,强调“类型”方法在方案生成中的使用,并将住宅—城市关联互动的理念融入多维度的设计目标、多层级的方案设计,以及多阶段的设计过程与表达环节中。

From the perspective of urban morphology,urban collective houses has dual connotation of space and society:on one hand,it is an intermediary linking the“living space unit”at the architectural level and the“overall form”at the urban level;on the other hand,the form of urban collective houses are deeply related with the social environment,which in turn shapes the specific living mode of the residents there.Taking the collective house design of undergraduate course at Chongqing University as an example,this paper explores the use of urban form as a key perspective to promote collective housing design,emphasizes the use of the“type”method in the generation of plans,and integrates the concept of housingurban interaction into the design of multi-level plan with multidimensional design goals,and into the multi-stage design process and expression links.
