摘要
将政府环境规制与企业绿色转型因素引入到两级煤电供应链博弈模型中,研究竞争和协作两种情形下政府环境规制与绿色转型程度对于资源型企业和电力企业最优利润的影响。构建关于煤炭价格与电力销量的利润博弈模型,求解两级企业的最优利润函数,并运用实证分析的方法,剖析竞争和协调两种情形下环境规制与绿色转型因素对于各级企业最优与整个供应链总利润的影响。研究表明:(1)环境规制所带来的创新补偿效用有利于企业利润的增长;(2)当创新补偿效用的最大规模大于绿色转型成本时,绿色转型水平的加深有利于增加企业的利润;(3)协调情形下各级企业的利润和整个供应链的利润比竞争情形下的利润更大。
Government environmental regulation and green transformation factors are introduced into the two-level coal and electricity supply chain game model to study the effects of government environmental regulation and green transformation degree on the optimal profits of resource-based enterprises and power enterprises under both competitive and coordinated scenarios.We construct a profit game model on coal price and electricity sales,solve the optimal profit function of two levels of enterprises,and use empirical analysis to analyze the impact of environmental regulation and green transformation factors on the optimal and total profit of the whole supply chain under both competitive and coordinated situations.The study shows that:(1)the innovation compensation utility brought by environmental regulation is beneficial to the growth of enterprise profits;(2)when the maximum size of innovation compensation utility is larger than the cost of green transformation,the deepening of green transformation level is beneficial to the increase of enterprise profits;(3)the profits of enterprises at all levels and the profits of the whole supply chain are larger in the coordination case than in the competition case.
