摘要
突发性聋(SSNHL)是耳鼻喉科的一种常见疾病,病因及发病机制不明。病因可能与感染性疾病、耳部疾病、创伤、血液学疾病和肿瘤性疾病等相关。发病机制可能与微循环功能障碍、病毒性感染和自身免疫性疾病相关。目前SSNHL分为4型,不同的分型其预后不同。本文拟从SSNHL的可能病因、相关机制及预后的研究现状作一综述,为临床SSNHL的治疗提供理论依据。
Sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSNHL)is a common disease in otolaryngology.Currently,there are many studies on this disease,but its etiology and pathogenesis are not clear.The causes may include various infectious diseases,ear diseases,trauma,hematological diseases and tumor diseases.The pathogenesis may be related to microcirculation dysfunction,viral infection and autoimmune diseases.There are 4 types of SSNHL and the prognosis of different types is different,and there are many prognostic factors.The etiology,Pathogenesis and prognosis of SSNHL were shown in the paper to provide theoretical proofs for the treatment of SSNHL.
