农机触土部件仿生减粘技术研究现状及展望 被引量:3

摘要 从土壤动物柔性运动特征、分泌物、体表特征三个方面对仿生脱附减粘技术进行分类,综述了国内农机触土部件仿生减粘技术的研究现状。着重分析了不同仿生方式的代表性土壤动物与减粘原理,以及与之相对应的仿生部件设计与应用效果。最后,对农机触土部件仿生减粘技术进行了展望。 The bionic desorption-reducing technology was classified from three aspects of flexible movement characteristics of soil animals,secretions and body surface characteristics,and the research status of bionic desorption-reducing technology for soil touching parts of agricultural machinery at home was summarized.The representative soil animals of different biomimetic methods and the principle of reducing viscosities,as well as the design and application effect of corresponding biomimetic parts were analyzed emphatically.The bionic adhesive reducing technology of soil touching parts of agricultural machinery was prospected.
