摘要
以壳聚糖、丙烯酰胺和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸为单体进行自由基共聚,得到壳聚糖改性聚合物。利用FTIR、1H NMR、静态光散射对产物结构进行了表征,并评价了溶液性能、流度控制能力及流经多孔介质后的生物降解性。实验结果表明,合成的壳聚糖改性聚合物的Mw为5.13×106,经生物降解后,黏度保留率为49.14%。与部分水解聚丙烯酰胺相比,壳聚糖改性聚合物溶液具有较好的增黏性、耐温抗盐性、抗剪切性及生物降解能力。壳聚糖改性聚合物经地层多孔介质剪切拉伸作用后,再进行酶降解,生物降解性更优,黏度保留率仅为18.49%。
Chitosan modified polymer was synthesized by free radical copolymerization with chitosan,acrylamide and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid as monomers.The structure of the product was characterized by FTIR,1H NMR,static light scattering.The solution properties,fluidity control ability and biodegradability after flowing through porous media were also evaluated.The results indicated that the Mw of the chitosan-modified polymer was 5.13×106,and the viscosity retention rate was 49.14%after biodegradation.Compared with partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide,the chitosan-modified polymer solution had better viscosity,temperature and salt resistance,shear resistance and biodegradability.The chitosan modified polymer was subjected to enzymatic degradation after sheared and stretched by the formation porous medium,the biodegradability was better,and the viscosity retention rate was only 18.49%.
