摘要
目的分析在儿童保健教育工作中加强营养知识的普及对儿童心理状态以及护理满意度的影响。方法将营养失衡患儿900例作为本次观察对象,按照随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组和对照组。对比分析两组患儿在分别干预后对护理人员的满意度、ALB、Hb、TP、BUN、淋巴细胞水平以及SAS、SDS评分。结果在两组患儿分别干预后分析患儿可见,观察组对护理人员的护理满意度明显更高(P<0.05);观察组患儿的ALB、Hb、TP水平明显更高(P<0.05);观察组患儿的SAS、SDS评分明显更低(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患儿BUN明显更低,淋巴细胞更高,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿童保健教育工作中加强对儿童的营养知识普及工作能够有效稳定患儿的心理情绪,使其能够积极配合治疗及护理的开展,改善患儿体内的营养状态,更有利于促进医患关系和谐发展,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To analyze the influence of strengthening the popularization of nutrition knowledge in children’s health education on children’s psychological state and nursing satisfaction.Methods 900 children with nutritional imbalance were taken as the observation objects.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into observation group and control group.The nursing staff satisfaction,ALB,Hb,TP,BUN,lymphocyte levels,and SAS and SDS scores were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results Analysis of the children in the two groups after intervention showed that the observation group was significantly more satisfied with the nursing staff(P<0.05).The levels of ALB,Hb and TP in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).After the intervention,the BUN in the observation group was significantly lower and the lymphocytes were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the popularization of nutrition knowledge for children in the work of children’s health care education can effectively stabilize their psychological and emotional states,so that they can actively cooperate with the development of treatment and nursing,improve the nutritional status of children’s bodies,and promote the harmonious development of the doctorpatient relationship.It is worthy of wide clinical application.
