药剂科干预对医院抗菌药物合理应用的效果及影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 分析药剂科干预对医院抗菌药物合理应用的效果及影响。方法 将2019年1~12月湛江市第四人民医院未实施药剂科管理干预收治的200例病人设为对照组,将2020年1~12月医院实施药剂科管理干预收治的200例病人设为观察组,对两组抗菌药物不合理使用发生率、抗菌药物联合应用发生率、限制级抗菌药物使用率、平均抗菌药物花费金额、平均住院时间、平均住院费用进行对比分析。结果 观察组抗菌药物不合理使用发生率、抗菌药物联合应用发生率、限制级抗菌药物使用率明显低于对照组(P <0.05),平均抗菌药物花费金额、平均住院费用明显少于对照组(P <0.05),平均住院时间明显短于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 药剂科干预对医院抗菌药物合理应用具有良好的应用效果,能显著降低抗菌药物不合理使用发生率、抗菌药物联合应用发生率、限制级抗菌药物使用率,缩短病人住院时间,减少平均抗菌药物花费金额、平均住院费用。 Objective To analyze the effect and influence of pharmacy intervention on the rational application of antibiotics in hospital. Methods 200 patients in our hospital who did not implement the management intervention of pharmacy department from January 2019 to December 2019 were set as the control group, and 200 patients in our hospital who implemented the management intervention of pharmacy department from January 2020 to December 2020 were set as the observation group.The incidence of irrational use of antibiotics, the incidence of combined application of antibiotics, the utilization rate of restricted antibiotics, the The average amount of antibiotics, the average length of stay and the average cost of hospitalization were compared and analyzed. Results The incidence of irrational use of antibiotics, the incidence of combined use of antibiotics and the utilization rate of restricted antibiotics in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05),the average amount of antibiotics and average hospitalization expenses were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05), and the average hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The intervention of pharmacy department has a good application effect on the rational application of antibiotics in the hospital. It can significantly reduce the incidence of irrational use of antibiotics, the incidence of combined application of antibiotics and the use rate of restricted antibiotics, shorten the length of hospital stay, and reduce the average amount of antibiotics and average hospitalization expenses.
