摘要
目的探讨肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿急性起病后迁延慢性咳嗽对肺功能的影响。方法回顾性分析河南省新乡市第二人民医院2016年1月至2020年1月收治MPP患儿共316例临床资料,根据肺通气损伤情况分组,其中肺功能正常100例,肺功能异常216例;分析一般资料、慢性咳嗽发生情况、肺功能异常发生情况及肺功能指标水平,评价急性期后慢性咳嗽与肺功能异常的相关性。结果两组一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肺功能异常组慢性咳嗽发生率显著高于肺功能正常组(P<0.05);急性期组、出院后1个月组及出院后2个月组肺功能异常发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院后2个月组肺功能指标水平均显著高于出院后1个月组及急性期组(P<0.05);出院后1个月组肺功能指标水平均显著高于急性期组(P<0.05);同时Spearman相关性分析结果显示,MPP患儿急性期后慢性咳嗽与肺功能异常呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论MPP患儿急性期后慢性咳嗽与肺功能异常具有相关性,临床可参考无创肺功能检查制定积极有效干预以预防慢性咳嗽发生。
【Objective】To investigate the influence of prolonged chronic cough after acute onset on pulmonary function in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).【Methods】Clinical data of 316 children with MPP were retrospectively chosen in the period from January 2016 to January 2020.All patients were grouped according to lung ventilation injury condition including 100 cases with normal lung function and 216 cases with abnormal lung function.The general information,the incidence of chronic cough,the incidence of abnormal pulmonary function and the level of pulmonary function indexes were analyzed and the correlation between chronic cough and abnormal pulmonary function after acute phase were evaluated.【Results】There was no significant difference in general information between 2 groups(P>0.05).The incidence of chronic cough in abnormal pulmonary function group was significantly higher than that in normal pulmonary function group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the incidence of abnormal pulmonary function among acute phase group,1 month after hospitalization group and 2 months after hospitalization group(P<0.05).The lung function indexes in 2 months after hospitalization group were significantly higher than 1 month after hospitalization group and acute stage group(P<0.05).The lung function indexes in 1 months after hospitalization group were significantly higher than acute stage group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between chronic cough and abnormal pulmonary function in children with MPP(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Chronic cough was correlated with abnormal pulmonary function in children with MPP after acute stage and clinician can refer to noninvasive pulmonary function test to make active and effective intervention to prevent the occurrence of chronic cough.
