电刷再成型影响因素分析

摘要 以电刷再加工装置为研究基础,通过建立基于Archard模型的电刷与砂轮接触过程的去除模型,通过去除模型研究了压紧弹簧的弹性系数、砂纸粗糙度以及驱动砂轮的步进电机脉冲频率对电刷研磨精度的影响,采用正交试验方法分析了各因素对电刷再加工精度的影响程度,结果表明:压紧弹簧的弹簧系数影响最大,其次为砂纸粗糙度,驱动砂轮的步进电机脉冲频率影响最小。可为后续研制高精度电刷再加工装置提供理论指导和实验依据。 Based on the brush re-processing device,the influence of the elasticity coefficient of the compression spring,the roughness of the sandpaper and the pulse frequency of the stepper motor driving the grinding wheel on the brush grinding accuracy was studied by the removal model based on the Archard model,and the degree of influence of each factor on the brush re-processing accuracy was analyzed by orthogonal test method.The results showed that:the spring coefficient of the compression spring had the greatest influence,followed by the roughness of the sandpaper,and the pulse frequency of the stepper motor driving the grinding wheel had the least influence.The results show that the spring coefficient of the compression spring is the most influential,followed by the roughness of the sandpaper,and the pulse frequency of the stepping motor driving the wheel is the least influential.
