浅析云南省县级农村不动产登记成果质量控制方法

Quality Control Methods of Rural Real Estate Registration Achievements at County Level in Yunnan

根据质量管理体系运行有效性的评价指标,从单位架构、人员构成及培训、质量方针和目标、生产组织实施、奖惩制度5个方面对农村不动产项目的风险点进行了分析,并制定相应的保障措施。在项目实施过程中按照ISO 9001∶2015质量管理体系的全过程质量管理方法,在项目生产的关键环节采取了相应的质量控制措施,通过以上方法有效确保了项目成果质量。

In this paper,according to the evaluation indexes of the operation effectiveness of quality management system,the risk points of rural real estate projects are analyzed from five aspects:unit structure,personnel composition and training,quality policies and objectives,production organization and implementation,and reward and punishment system,and the corresponding safeguard measures are formulated.In the project implementation process,according to the whole process quality management method of ISO 9001∶2015 Quality management system,the corresponding quality control measures have been taken in the key links of project production,and the quality of project results has been effectively ensured by using the above methods.
