摘要
针对国内外无法进行液压支架三伸缩立柱动载过载性能测试的技术难题,依据GB 2597.2—2010要求,基于20000 kN蓄能冲击式快速释放装置,采用理论分析与试验测试相结合的技术手段,提出一种三伸缩立柱动载过载试验方法,实现了对三伸缩立柱动载过载性能的测试;并结合仿真分析得到立柱活塞腔压力特性曲线,其试验数据及仿真结果对三伸缩立柱设计制造及其抗冲击性能的提高提供了参考。
Aiming at the technical problem that the dynamic load and overload performance test of three telescopic columns of hydraulic supports cannot be carried out at home and abroad,based on the requirements of GB 2597.2—2010 and 20000 kN energy storage impact type quick release device,using theoretical analysis and testing,a dynamic overload test method was present to realize the dynamic overload performance test of the column.Combining with simulation analysis,the pressure characteristic curves of the column cylinder were obtained.The test data and simulation results provide reference for the design and manufacture of the three telescopic columns and the improvement of their impact resistance.
