Effects of salinity on Ctenopharyngodon idella growth

摘要 该研究以草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella)为研究对象,探讨不同盐度水平对其生长的影响。试验选择规格整齐,体重为(714±39)g的草鱼180尾;试验草鱼随机分为5组,对照组、处理1组、处理2组、处理3组、处理4组,盐度分别设置为0‰、2.5‰、5.0‰、7.5‰和10.0‰共5个水平;每处理组设3个重复,每个重复12尾,试验草鱼饲喂配方饲料,整个试验为期28d;试验过程记录草鱼的初始和末期体重。结果显示,处理3组的末重、增重率、成活率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);处理4组的末重、增重率、成活率极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);处理1组的末重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),增重率高于对照组,但是未达显著水平;饵料系数处理1组的显著低于对照组(P<0.05),处理3组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),处理4组的极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。综上所述,以处理1组盐度为2.5‰的生长性能最优。 In order to discuss the influence of different salinity levels on the growth of freshwater fish,this study takes Ctenopharyngodon idella as the research object,180 Ctenopharyngodon idella with neat specifications and body weight of(714±39)g were selected.Ctenopharyngodon idella were randomly divided into 5 groups:control group,treatment group 1,treatment group 2,treatment group 3 and treatment group 4.The salinity levels were set at 0‰,2.5‰,5.0‰,7.5‰and 10.0‰,respectively.Each treatment group had 3 replicates with 12 fish in each replicate.Ctenopharyngodon idella were fed a formula diet for 28 days.The initial and final body weight of Ctenopharyngodon idella were recorded during the experiment.The results showed that the final weight,weight gain rate and survival rate in treatment 3 groups were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05);The final weight,weight gain rate and survival rate in treatment 4 groups were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01);The final weight of treatment group 1 was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the weight gain rate was higher than the control group,but not significant;The bait coefficient of treatment group 1 was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),treatment groups were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),treatment group 4 was significantly higher than control group(P<0.01).In conclusion,the growth performance of treatment 1 group with salinity of 2.5‰is the best.
