摘要
为了研究温度对草鱼幼鱼生长性能的影响,该研究选用规格为体重2.29±0.25 g,体长5.29±0.21cm的300尾草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella)为研究对象,试验草鱼随机分为3组,A组、B组和C组;A组草鱼的恒温缸温度设置18℃;B组草鱼的恒温缸温度设置25℃;C草鱼的恒温缸温度设置32℃;每组分4个平行,每个平行25尾草鱼,试验时间为60d,试验过程记录草鱼的初始和试验结束的体长、体重及饲料消耗量;结果显示,B组的成活率、肥满度显著高于A组(P<0.05),极显著高于C组(P<0.01);B组的增重率、特定生长率均极显著地高于A组和C组(P<0.01);饵料系数上B组的显著低于A组(P<0.05),极显著的低于C组(P<0.01)。综上所述,25℃水箱温度对于草鱼各项生长性能指标均优于18℃组和32℃组。
In order to study the influence of temperature on the growth performance of juvenile Ctenopharyngodon idella,300 Ctenopharyngodon idella with body weight of 2.29±0.25g and fish length of 5.29±0.21cm were selected as the research object.The Ctenopharyngodon idella were randomly divided into 3 groups,group A,group B and group C.The thermostatic tank temperature of Ctenopharyngodon idella in group A was set at 18℃.The temperature of the thermostatic tank of Ctenopharyngodon idella in group B was set at 25℃.C The temperature of the thermostatic cylinder of Ctenopharyngodon idella is set at 32℃;The experiment lasted for 60d.Body length,body weight and feed consumption of Ctenopharyngodon idella at the beginning and end of the experiment were recorded during the experiment.The results showed that the survival rate and fatness of group B were significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.05),extremely significantly higher than that in C group(P<0.01);The weight gain rate and specific growth rate in group B were significantly higher than those in group A and C(P<0.01);The feed coefficient of group B was significantly lower than that of group A(P<0.05),and was significantly lower than that in C group(P<0.01).To sum up,the water tank temperature at 25℃is superior to the 18℃and 32℃groups in all growth performance indexes of Ctenopharyngodon idella.
