摘要
采用理论推导、数值模拟和现场试验的方法,研究切顶卸压技术对厚煤层综放工作面回风顺槽底鼓变形的控制。切顶卸压技术包含NPR锚索补强支护、单体补强支护、定向爆破工艺流程。研究得出适合曹家滩煤矿地质条件的切顶卸压关键参数。现场工程应用表明,切顶卸压减小27.75%的工作面超前支架峰值应力,回风巷道超前支架段底鼓变形得到有效控制。
Theoretical derivation,numerical simulation and field test methods are used to study the control of roof cutting and pressure relief technology on floor heave deformation of return air crossheading in fully mechanized top coal caving face in thick seam.The top cutting and pressure relief technology includes NPR anchor reinforcement support,single reinforcement support and directional blasting process.The key parameters of roof cutting and pressure relief suitable for geological conditions of Caojiatan coal mine are obtained.The field engineering application shows that the peak stress of the advance support in the working face is reduced by 27.75% and the floor heave deformation in the advance support section of the return air roadway is effectively controlled.
