摘要
为测定黄羽肉鸡对玉米蛋白粉、酶力肽、菌体蛋白、菊花粉粕和红薯淀粉渣5种饲料原料的养分利用率,试验选用体质量和体况近似的黄羽肉鸡35只,分为7个处理,每个处理设5个重复,每个重复1羽,设5个试验组,试验组分别投喂1种饲料日粮(30%待测饲料原料和70%基础日粮组成),收集的粪便样品待测。结果显示:黄羽肉鸡对酶力肽的表观代谢能、氮校正代谢能、蛋白质表观利用率和蛋白质真利用率均为最高,其次是菌体蛋白或玉米蛋白粉,而菊花粉粕最低;5种原料的氨基酸表观利用率为-130.42%~96.64%,氨基酸表观利用率的最高值均出现在酶力肽中,其次为玉米蛋白粉,最低的为菊花粉粕;氨基酸真利用率总体趋势和表观利用率一致,黄羽肉鸡对酶力肽的氨基酸真利用率最高,为93.80%~99.05%,玉米蛋白粉次之,对菊花粉粕的氨基酸真利用率最低。由此可知,黄羽肉鸡对酶力肽和玉米蛋白粉的利用率较好,对菌体蛋白、菊花粉粕和红薯淀粉渣的利用率较低。
The nutrient digestibility of yellow chickens to corn gluten meal(CGM),enzymolysis polypeptide(EPP),single cell protein(SCP),chrysanthemum meal(CM)and sweet potato residue(SPR)was determined by set algorithm.Thirty-five yellow-feathered broilers with similar body weight and body condition were divided into 7 treatments with 5 replicates in each treatment and 1 feather in each replicate.5experimental groups were fed one diet consisting of 30%feed material and 70%basal diet,respectively,and feces samples were collected for testing.The results showed that the apparent metabolizable energy(ME),nitrogen corrected me(ME),apparent digestibility of protein and true digestibility of EPP to yellow-feathered broilers were the highest,followed by SCP or CGMl,and CM was the lowest.The amino acid apparent digestibility of the five raw materials ranged from 38.21%to 96.64%,and the highest value of amino acid apparent digestibility was found in EPP,followed by CGM with the highest digestibility,and CM with the lowest.The overall trend of true amino acid digestibility was consistent with apparent digestibility.The true amino acid digestibility of yellow broilers was the highest(93.80%~99.05%)for EPP,and the lowest for CGM and CM.In conclusion,yellow-feathered broilers have better utilization rates of EPP and CGM,but lower utilization rates of SCP,CM and SPR.
