针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床取穴配伍规律研究

A study on clinical acupoints selection and compatibility rule of treating polycystic ovary syndrome by acupuncture and moxibustion

目的:对针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征的取穴配伍规律特点进行分析。方法:检索中国知识资源总库、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(维普网)收录的针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征的相关文献,应用Note Express文献管理器导出文献并进行筛选,运用Microsoft Excel 2013建立腧穴数据库,使用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件进行数据分析。结果:研究共纳入276篇文献,应用频次最高的腧穴为三阴交穴、关元穴、子宫穴、足三里穴;使用频次最高的经脉是任脉、足太阴脾经、足阳明胃经;取穴所在部位集中在腹部、下肢部、背腰骶部;所选腧穴中特定穴以交会穴、募穴、五腧穴数量居多;关联规则分析中“三阴交穴-关元穴”“三阴交穴-子宫穴”“关元穴-子宫穴”是针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征核心配伍组方。结论:针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征具有取穴注重治本,注重近部选穴,注重特定穴的应用,注重上下配穴法的应用等规律特点。

Objective:To analyze the acupoints selection and compatibility rule of treating polycystic ovary syndrome by acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods:The literature in CNKI,Wanfang data and VIP databases was searched for obtaining the studies on treating polycystic ovary syndrome by acupuncture and moxibustion.Note Express literature manager was used to export and screen related literature.Microsoft Excel 2013 was used to establish acupoint database,and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used for data analysis.Results:A total of 276 articles were included in the study.The acupoints most frequently applied were Sanyinjiao(SP6),Guanyuan(BL26),Zigong(EX-CA1)and Zusanli(ST36).The most frequently used meridians were Ren meridian(任脉),spleen meridian of Zutaiyin(SPleen)and stomach meridian of Zuyangming(STomach).The location of selected acupoints were concentrated in the abdomen,lower limbs and dorsal lumbosacral region.Among the selected acupoints,there were a large number of specific acupoints such as Jiaohui acupoint(交会穴),Mu acupoint(募穴)and Wushu acupoint(五腧穴).In association rule analysis,Sanyinjiao-Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao-Zigong,GuanyuanZigong were the core compatible prescriptions of treating polycystic ovary syndrome by acupuncture and moxibustion.Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion on polycystic ovary syndrome has the characteristics of paying attention to the fundamental treatment of diseases,selecting the acupoints near the lesion site,also paying attention to the application of specific acupoints and the upper and lower acupoint matching method.
