PDCA循环应用于消毒供应室护理管理效果研究

Effect of PDCA Cycle on Nursing Management in Disinfection Supply Room

目的分析在消毒供应室护理管理工作中应用PDCA循环管理方法的效果。方法以我院消毒供应室的工作人员为研究对象,按照时间段进行分组,其中20名人员为对照组,在2017年6月至2018年6月采取常规护理管理;20名人员为研究组,在2018年7月至2019年7月采取PDCA循环护理管理方法,评价并比较两组护理管理方法的应用效果。结果对研究组消毒供应室工作人员应用PDCA循环护理管理方法后,工作人员满意度和各项操作的依从性均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义;同时,研究组工作人员器械清洗合格率、服务意识、安全防范、差错防范意识均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论PDCA循环管理方法在消毒供应室的应用价值优于常规护理管理方法,可明显提高工作人员满意度和各项操作的依从性,保证器械清洗合格率,增强工作人员服务意识、安全防范意识、差错防范意识,高效完成消毒供应工作且工作质量较佳。

Objective To analyze the effect of applying PDCA cycle management method in the nursing management of disinfection supply room.Methods Taking the staff of the disinfection supply room of our hospital as the research object,they were divided into groups according to the time period.Among them,20 people were the control group,and received routine nursing management from June 2017 to June 2018;20 people were the research group,and From July 2018 to July 2019,the PDCA cycle nursing management method was adopted to evaluate and compare the application effects of the two groups of nursing management methods.Results After the PDCA cycle nursing management method was applied to the staff in the disinfection supply room of the research group,the staff satisfaction and compliance of various operations were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of personnel and equipment cleaning,service awareness,safety precaution,and error prevention awareness were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05),which was significant.Conclusion The application value of PDCA cycle management method in disinfection supply room is better than that of routine nursing management method,which can significantly improve staff satisfaction and compliance with various operations,ensure the pass rate of equipment cleaning,and enhance staff service awareness,safety precautions awareness,and errors prevention awareness,efficient completion of disinfection and supply work and better work quality.
