燃煤电厂脱硫废水蒸发浓缩过程的热平衡研究

摘要 利用烟气余热蒸发脱硫废水已是燃煤电厂废水零排放的主流工艺路线之一。本文从理论上分析了不同烟气条件对脱硫废水蒸发浓缩的影响,并利用某燃煤电厂烟气条件进行浓缩塔热平衡分析,得出烟气量、蒸发量和出口烟温的关系。 The use of flue gas waste heat to evaporate desulfurization wastewater is one of the mainstream process routes for zero discharge of wastewater from coal-fired power plants.This paper theoretically analyzes the influence of different flue gas conditions on evaporative concentration of desulfurization wastewater,and uses the flue gas conditions of a coal-fired power plant to analyze the heat balance of the concentration tower,and obtains the relationship between flue gas volume,evaporation volume and outlet flue gas temperature.
