Simultaneous determination of five constituents in Zhenzhu Tiaozhi Concentrated Pills by HPLC

目的 建立HPLC法同时测定贞术调脂浓缩丸(女贞子、白术、黄连等)中丹酚酸B、特女贞苷、丹酚酸A、盐酸巴马汀、盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法 该药物70%甲醇提取液的分析采用RCCHIRAL Gensial C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 4μm);流动相乙腈-水(含0.1%磷酸、0.2%三乙胺,pH=4.65),梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长224 nm。结果 5种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(R^(2)≥0.999 0),平均加样回收率99.55%~103.22%,RSD 1.37%~1.83%。结论 该方法简便、准确、稳定,可用于贞术调脂浓缩丸的质量控制。

AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of salvianolic acid B,teligustrin,salvianolic acid A,palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride in Zhenzhu Tiaozhi Concentrated Pills(Ligustri lucidi Fructus,Atractylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma,Coptidis Rhizoma,etc.).METHODS The 70%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic RCCHIRAL Gensial C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,4μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-water(containing 0.1%phosphoric acid and 0.2%triethylamine,pH=4.65)flowing at 1 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 224 nm.RESULTS Five constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(R^(2) ≥0.9990),whose average recoveries were 99.55%-103.22%with the RSDs of 1.37%-1.83%.CONCLUSION This simple,accurate and stable method can be used for the quality control of Zhenzhu Tiaozhi Concentrated Pills.
