摘要
通过分析国内陶瓷基板专利申请的情况,对其技术创新的趋势及特点进行了全面分析,分析表明,2001年至2020年间国内陶瓷基板专利申请数量稳步上升,专利申请类型以发明和实用新型为主,专利保护内容主要涉及陶瓷基板的材质、结构、制备工艺以及应用技术等方面。通过分析发现目前中国企业、高校及科研院所虽然在陶瓷基板领域具有较强的技术创新能力和专利保护意识,但是由于国内职务科技成果转化政策激励的不足和国外企业专利壁垒的阻碍,使其专利技术无法在半导体和固体燃料电池产业中得到广泛应用。在目前全球芯片供应链出现严重短缺的情况下,对中国企业、高校及科研院所如何提高专利技术转化效率、应对专利诉讼、突破专利壁垒提出了对策建议。
By analyzing the patent applications of domestic ceramic substrates,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the trend and characteristics of technological innovation.The analysis shows that the number of patent applications of domestic ceramic substrates has increased steadily from 2001 to 2020.The types of patent applications are mainly inventions and utility models,and the patent protection mainly involves the material,structure,preparation process and application technology.Through the analysis,it is found that although Chinese enterprises,universities and scientific research institutes have strong technological innovation ability and patent protection awareness in the field of ceramic substrates,due to the lack of incentive policies for the transformation of domestic job-related scientific and technological achievements and the obstacles of patent barriers of foreign enterprises,their proprietary technologies can not be widely used in semiconductor and solid fuel cell industries.In the current situation of serious shortage in the global chip supply chain,the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of patent technology transformation,deal with patent litigation and break through patent barriers for Chinese enterprises,universities and scientific research institutes.
