减施氮肥和接种根瘤菌对黑大豆光合特性及产量的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Reducing Nitrogen Fertilizer and Inoculating Rhizobium on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Yield of Black Soybean

摘要 为明确减施氮肥与接种根瘤菌对黑大豆植株形态、光合特性、干物质积累量以及产量的影响,选用黑龙江省嫩江市主栽农家品种青仁乌1号为试验材料,随机区组设计,重复3次,设置3个氮肥施用量,分别为当地氮肥施用量(100%)、当地氮肥施用量一半(50%)和不施用氮肥(0);每个氮肥施用量分别设置接种与不接种根瘤菌处理,100%施氮量+不接种根瘤菌为对照(CK)。结果表明,减施氮肥显著增加黑大豆的叶绿素含量、光合速率、干物质积累量及产量;接种根瘤菌显著提高叶绿素含量、光合能力、干物质积累量及产量,其中减施50%氮肥并接种根瘤菌增产效果最好,与CK处理相比增产7.77%。 In order to clarify the effects of nitrogen fertilizer reduction and Rhizobium inoculation on the plant morphology,photosynthetic characteristics,dry matter accumulation and yield of black soybean,the randomized block was designed using the main variety“Qingrenwu No.1”in Nenjiang,Heilongjiang province as material.The settings were as follows:local N fertilizer application rate(100%),half of the local N fertilizer application rate(50%),no N fertilizer application rate(0).There were two treatments of inoculating rhizobia and non inoculating rhizobia in each nitrogen application rate.The 100%N fertilizer application rate+non inoculating rhizobia treatment was the control.The results showed reduced nitrogen treatment considerably raised the chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate,dry matter accumulation,and yield of black soybean.Rhizobium inoculation greatly increased the chlorophyll content,photosynthetic capacity,dry matter accumulation,and yield of black soybean.The best results were the treatment of half of the local N fertilizer reduction inoculated with Rhizobium,which increased by 7.77%compared to the CK treatment.
