Review on Analysis Dimensions and Paradigms of Urban Housing Types in China

本文基于广义的建筑类型学思想,探讨了我国1949年以来城市住宅分析中住宅类型划分的基本因素及其反映的分析维度和范式,并结合1949年以来我国城市住宅建设的社会背景展示并解释了相关研究图景,最后针对我国住宅研究维度和范式的不足,提出西方住宅类型研究对我国的启示。

Based on the general idea of architectural typology,this paper discusses the basic factors in the division of residential types in the analysis of urban housing in our country since 1949 and the analysis dimensions and paradigms reflected in it.Combining with the social background for the construction of urban housing in China since 1949,the paper explains the relevant research contexts.Finally,aiming at the insufficiency in the dimension and paradigm of housing research in our country,the enlightenment of the research on western housing types to our country is drawn.
