摘要
“生物—心理—社会医学模式”的大背景下,医学生人文素质的培养和实践备受重视。理论教学和实践应相互结合,需要探索合适的医学生“人文医学实践模式”。我们探索性地制定和开展新的实践模式,如基于“一日陪伴”等多维度的人文医学实践模式,并观察对医学生的影响。课后通过有效问卷调查,发现绝大部分的学生认为本期人文实践有一些或很有收获,所有的学生可以完成至少一项服务项目,大部分的学生认为有必要开展人文医学实践课。此外,在对参与者书写的平行病历进行质性分析后,我们认为本次参与者人文医学素养有所提升,并据此提出该模式是实现人文医学教育的可能路径。结合学生对人文实践模式的反馈,总结不足、解决问题,希望为日后人文医学实践模式的改进提出一定的参考依据。
In the context of the bio-psycho-social medical mode,the cultivation of medical students’humanistic literacy and their practice have attracted a lot of attention.Theoretical teaching should be combined with practice.Therefore,it is essential to establish a humanistic medical practice mode suitable for medical students.This article tried to propose a new practice mode,a multi-dimensional humanistic medical practice mode that is based on“one-day companionship”.To investigate the impact on the medical students,20 valid questionnaires were collected after the practice.The results showed that 95%of the students believed that the humanities practice was somewhat or very rewarding,and all of the students could complete at least one service project while 75%of the students believed that it was necessary to carry out the humanities medicine practice course.Furthermore,based on a qualitative analysis of the parallel medical records written by the participants,it is concluded that the humanistic medical literacy of the participants in this course had improved,and accordingly the mode is proposed as a possible pathway towards humanistic medical education.According to the feedback of the students on this humanistic practice mode,the authors summarized the deficiencies and solved the problem.The exploration will provide certain reference for the improvement of the humanistic medical practice mode in the future.
