摘要 本文简要介绍了火电厂排污的现实状况,并梳理了去硫去硝的各类工艺。现有工艺包括:湿法去硫、氨法去硫、SCR脱硝等。新型工艺有:海水脱硫、低温脱硝。其中,在去硫去硝联合体系中使用的净化工艺与活性炭,保障了污染物的净化质量。最后以活性炭为出发点,对烟气净化程序系统的优化进行了分析,以此创新去硫去硝的工艺方案。 This paper briefly introduces the actual situation of sewage discharge in thermal power plants, and sorts out various processes for desulfurization and denitrification. The existing processes include: wet desulfurization, ammonia desulfurization, SCR denitrification,etc. New processes include: seawater desulfurization, low temperature denitration. Among them, in the purification process and activated carbon used in the combined system of sulfur and denitration guarantee the purification quality of pollutants.Finally, with activated carbon as the starting point, the optimization offlue gas purification process system is analyzed, so as to innovate the process scheme of sulfur and nitrate removal.
