摘要
为探讨在后疫情时代背景下借助语音互动的社交体验,以声音作为交流的基础单元产品对用户的情感价值影响进行探究。通过交互体验角度概述语音信息交互的内在逻辑,基于用户情感价值的语音信息交互进行优势分析,构建用户情感体验的语音信息交互的设计对策,最后依据数据搜集整合对比进行实践验证研究。后疫情时代背景下的用户需求点是为满足自身情感价值而进行语音社交体验。在后疫情时代背景下,借助语音社交,以声音作为交流的基础单元产品更能满足用户对于情感诉求的渴望,从而达成更有意义的对话形式的社会共识,故而对于语音信息交互的研究具有实际意义。
In order to explore the social experience of voice interaction in the post-epidemic era,the influence of voice as the basic unit of communication products on users’ emotional value was explored.The internal logic of voice information interaction is summarized from the perspective of interactive experience,the advantages of voice information interaction based on user emotional value are analyzed,and the design countermeasures of voice information interaction based on user emotional experience are constructed.Finally,the practical verification research is conducted based on data collection,integration and comparison.In the post-epidemic era,users’ demand point is to have voice social experience to satisfy their emotional value.In the context of the post-epidemic era,with the help of voice social communication,using voice as the basic unit of communication products can better satisfy users’ desire for emotional appeals,so as to reach a more meaningful social consensus in the form of dialogue.Therefore,the research on voice information interaction has practical significance.
