摘要
以耐寒月季‘高山朝霞’嫩枝为材料,研究不同扦插基质、不同生长调节剂种类(IBA、NAA、IAA)和质量浓度(400 mg·L^(-1)、800 mg·L^(-1)、1200 mg·L^(-1))对其扦插生根的影响。结果表明:最适合的基质为河沙+蛭石+珍珠岩(体积比3∶1∶1),生根率达到93.33%。经不同生长调节剂处理后,生根率较对照有显著提高,1200 mg·L^(-1)IBA处理后的根系生长和根系构型最佳。
The effects of different cutting substrates and different kinds of growth regulators(IBA,NAA,IAA)with different concentrations(400 mg·L^(-1),800 mg·L^(-1),1200 mg·L^(-1))on the rooting of the cold-resistant Rosa hybrid‘Mountain sunrise with softwood cutting were studied.The results showed that the most suitable substrate for the cutting of Rosa hybrid‘Mountain sunrise was river sand+vermiculite+perlite(3∶1∶1),and the rooting rate reached 93.33%.After the treatment with different growth regulator,the rooting rate of Rosa hybrid‘Mountain sunrise was significantly higher than that of the control group.The root system growth and architecture of the softwood of Rosa hybrid‘Mountain sunrise treated with 1200 mg·L^(-1)IBA were the best.
