碳纤维织物的织造工艺现状及织机结构特点

摘要 纺织用新型材料已成为近年来高新技术产业发展的需求,并且碳纤维的研发已取得突破性进展。针对其本身具有高模量、较差的弯曲性能、较大的摩擦系数及质脆等性能特点,结合国内碳纤维编织工艺现状,就碳纤维纬向编织工艺流程中主要织机结构现状和实际使用过程中存在的问题进行了探讨,并就优异的工艺方法进行了分析,旨在为织机设计制造提供更多的借鉴,以供使用者根据实际需要有针对性地进行选择和优化。 New textile materials have become the demand of the development of high-tech industries in recent years,and the research and development of carbon fiber has made breakthrough progress. In view of its own performance characteristics such as high modulus,poor bending performance,large friction coefficient and brittleness,combined with the present situation of domestic carbon fiber weaving technology,this paper discusses the present situation of main loom structure in the weft weaving process of carbon fiber and the problems existing in the actual use process,and analyzes the excellent process and method in order to provide more reference for loom design and manufacturing,so that users can make targeted selection and optimization according to actual needs.
