摘要
在目前施工过程中,使用大体积超厚底板混凝土浇筑及抗裂技术和基于BIM技术受到混凝土收缩影响,墙体出现裂缝。为了解决该问题,提出了后浇带施工技术在房建大体积混凝土浇筑工程中的应用。以北方鞋都(高邑)特色小镇PPP项目GYXZSG-02标段工程为例,设一根遇水膨胀止水条后浇带,形成阻水屏障。加强快速收口网,使新老混凝土表面咬合更好。采用后浇技术,计算混凝土的最大绝热温升、混凝土中心温度和蓄水保温养护深度,控制了裂缝的产生。采用后浇带技术,设计膨胀加强带,实现连续浇捣。对其进行分层分段处理、表面清理、铺水泥砂浆、捣固密实、二次振捣等,实现“软茬”连续浇筑。
In the current construction process, largevolume super-thick floor concrete pouring and anti-cracking technology and BIM-based technology are affected by concrete shrinkage, and the wall appears to be cracked. In order to solve this problem, taking the GYXZSG-02 bid section of the PPP project in the northern shoe city(Gaoyi) characteristic town as an example, a post-pouring tape construction technology is proposed. Adopting post-pouring belt technology and designing expansion reinforcement belt to realize continuous pouring and ramming.
