摘要
目的探讨情景游戏联合家属互补式健康宣教对6~8岁支原体肺炎患儿的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月至2021年9月南阳市第一人民医院收治的108例支原体肺炎患儿,根据就诊序号采用电脑随机数字表法分为常规组(54例)和研究组(54例),常规组接受常规护理干预,研究组在常规组基础上接受情景游戏联合家属互补式健康宣教,均干预至出院。比较两组临床症状缓解时间、遵医行为、焦虑抑郁情绪、家属健康知识掌握程度、家属护理满意度。结果与常规组比较,研究组体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽缓解时间、住院时间较短,按时服药、配合检查、控制饮食、不抗拒打针评分较高(P<0.05);干预后两组SAS、SDS评分均较干预前降低,且研究组低于常规组(P<0.05);干预后研究组家属健康知识掌握程率(94.44%)高于常规组(79.63%),家属护理满意度(98.15%)高于常规组(81.48%)(P<0.05)。结论情景游戏联合家属互补式健康宣教可促进6~8岁支原体肺炎患儿病情恢复,改善遵医行为及负性情绪,同时提高家属健康知识掌握程度及护理工作满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of situational games combined with family members’complementary health education in children aged 6-8 years with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 108 children with mycoplasma pneumonia in the First People’s Hospital of Nanyang City from June 2019 to September 2021 were selected and divided into routine group(54 cases)and research group(54 cases)according to the order of admission.The routine group received routine nursing intervention,and the research group received routine nursing intervention.On the basis of the routine group,situational games combined with family members’complementary health education were carried out,and they were all intervened until they were discharged from the hospital.The clinical symptom relief time,medical compliance behavior,anxiety and depression,the mastery of family members’health knowledge and family members’nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the routine group,the study group had a shorter time for body temperature to return to normal,cough relief time,and hospitalization time,and the scores of taking medicine on time,cooperating with examination,controlling diet and not resisting injection were higher(P<0.05).After intervention,compared with the routine group,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower(P<0.05).After the intervention,the family members’health knowledge mastery rate in the study group was 94.44%,which was higher than that in the routine group(79.63%),and the nursing satisfaction of family members(98.15%)was higher than that of routine group(81.48%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Scenario games combined with family members’complementary health education can promote the recovery of children with mycoplasma pneumonia aged 6-8 years,improve medical compliance behavior and negative emotions,and at the same time improve family members’mastery of health knowledge and nursing job satisfaction.
