中青年淋巴瘤患者重返工作准备度及相关因素

Readiness of return-to-work and its related factors among young and middle-aged patients with lymphoma

目的:探讨中青年淋巴瘤患者重返工作准备度的现状及其相关因素。方法:在郑州市2所三甲医院选取未重返工作的中青年淋巴瘤患者220例,使用重返工作准备度量表(RRTW)、疾病接受度量表(AIS)进行调查。采用有序logistic回归分析探讨重返工作准备度的相关因素。结果:重返工作准备度分布由高到低分别是意向阶段、前意向阶段、行为准备-评估阶段、行为准备-行动阶段。有序logistic回归分析显示,年龄≤44岁、疾病分期低、疾病接受度高的患者的重返工作准备度高(OR=5.88、8.31、1.29),家庭收入低、以体力劳动为主的患者的重返工作准备度低(OR=0.40、0.27)。结论:本研究提示中青年淋巴瘤患者有较高比例尚未做好重返工作准备,患者的年龄、工作性质、疾病分期、家庭收入、疾病接受度与重返工作准备度相关联。

Objective:To investigate the current state and related factors of the readiness for return-to-work in young and middle-aged patients with lymphoma.Methods:Totally 220 young and middle-aged patients with lymphoma who had not returned to work were selected from two tertiary hospitals in Zhengzhou.They were assessed with the Readiness for Return-to-work Scale(RRTW)and Acceptance of Illness Scale(AIS).Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the related factors of readiness for return-to-work.Results:The distribution of readiness for return-to-work in young and middle-aged patients withlymphoma who did not return to work was contemplation stage,pre-contemplation stage,preparation for action-self-evaluative stage,and preparation for action-behaviour stage from high to low.Logistic regression analysis showed that patients with age≤44 years old,lowerdisease stage,higherscores of disease acceptancehad higher preparation for returning to work(OR=5.88,8.31,1.29).The readiness for return-to-workwas lowerin patients who had lower family income or engaged in manual work(OR=0.40,0.27).Conclusion:The study shows that a high proportion of young and middle-agedpatientswith lymphoma are not ready to return to work.The age,nature of work,disease stage,family income and acceptance of illness for the patientsmay be related to the readiness for return-to-work.
