摘要
为确保深水围堰组合体系的顺利实施,从钢管桩加工、垂直度控制、纠偏、合龙、止水这5个方面,对深水围堰组合体系施工关键技术进行阐述。本工艺针对钢管桩围堰提出了特殊纠偏及合龙结构形式,并创新高效止水方法,有效地对钢管桩垂直度进行全方位控制,并提升深水围堰组合体系实施的整体质量,具有较高的推广价值。
In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the combined system of deep-water cofferdam,the key construction technologies for the combined system of deep-water cofferdam are described from the five aspects,i.e.,steel pipe pile processing,verticality control,deviation correction,closure and water stop.This process puts forward special deviation correction and closure structure forms for steel pipe pile cofferdam,innovates efficient water stop methods,effectively controls the verticality of steel pipe piles in multiple ways,and improves the overall quality of the implementation of deep-water cofferdam combination system,which has high promotion value.
