摘要
为提高黄山石耳多糖的提取效率,在单因素试验基础上,以提取温度、提取时间、料液比为自变量,糖提取率为因变量,通过响应面法优化黄山石耳多糖的提取条件.结果表明,Box-Behnken中心组合试验获得的最优工艺条件为提取温度89℃,提取时间3.25 h,料液比1∶38(g/ml),多糖的得率为19.18%,实际值与模型理论值相符度高.试验结果为黄山石耳多糖的开发利用提供了有益参考.
In order to improve the yield of the polysaccharide from Umbilicaria Esculenta in Huangshan Mountain, the optimization of the extraction parameters was investigated by single-factor and response surface analysis, and the results indicated that the optimal extraction condition were extraction temperature 89 ℃, extraction time 3.25 h, solid-liquid ratio1:38(g/ml). Under the above conditions, the extraction rate of the polysaccharide was 19.18%, which was consistent with the predicted value of response surface model.
