摘要
猕猴桃营养成分丰富,生物活性强,在水果市场上占有率高,随着产量的增加,猕猴桃的产业亟需升级,对其生物活性和综合利用的研究亟待加强。本文对猕猴桃的糖类、有机酸等营养成分及抗氧化、抗肿瘤等生物活性的最新研究进展进行概述,并总结了猕猴桃在食品、医药、护肤品等方面的综合利用现状,旨在为猕猴桃资源的深度开发与利用提供参考。
Kiwi fruit is rich in nutritional composition,has strong biological activity,and has a high fruit market share.With the yield increase of kiwi fruit,kiwi fruit industry needs upgrading,and the research on the biological activity and comprehensive utilization of kiwi fruit needs to be strengthened.In this paper,the latest research progress of kiwi nutrients,including sugar,organic acids and others,and biological activities including anti-oxidation,antitumor and others are summarized,and the comprehensive utilization of kiwi in food,medicine,skin care products was summed up,aiming to provide references for the deep development and utilization of kiwi resources.
