壳聚糖衍生的碳气凝胶催化臭氧降解布洛芬废水

Catalytic Ozonation of Ibuprofen Wastewater Using Carbon Aerogel Derived from Chitosan

摘要 以来源广泛的壳聚糖(CS)为碳前驱体,通过溶液-冷冻干燥-焙烧法制备碳气凝胶。通过SEM、EDX、FT-IR和XRD进行表征,进一步阐明碳气凝胶(CA)的形貌和结构。探讨了不同条件下碳气凝胶催化臭氧降解布洛芬(IBU)废水的去除效率。当IBU初始浓度为20 mg/L,催化剂浓度为0.2 g/L,初始pH为2.5时,IBU的去除率最高达99.2%。 Carbon aerogel was prepared by solution-freeze-drying-calcination method using chitosan as carbon precursor.The structure and morphology of carbon aerogel were further elucidated by SEM,EDX,FT-IR and XRD.The removal efficiency of carbon aerogel catalyzed ozone for ibuprofen(IBU)wastewater under different conditions was studied.When the initial concentration of IBU was 20 mg/L,the catalyst concentration was 0.2 g/L,and the initial pH was 2.5,the maximum removal rate of IBU reached 99.2%.
