摘要
创新驱动发展背景下,要充分发挥创新在转变经济发展模式和提升产业效率中的作用。通过构建创新行为的出现对产业效率影响的微观机制,开展创新水平同生产活动的适应性与匹配性分析,揭示了创新行为的出现对产业效率的作用机制以及城市产业竞争的空间互动态势。研究发现,城市创新水平对城市产业效率具有显著的促进作用。随着基础设施的完善,创新水平对产业效率的影响有强化的趋势,但在不同的市场化水平下,这种影响呈现出“倒U形”的阶段性特征,市场化水平须同城市发展阶段相适应;创新水平与生产活动存在适应性与匹配性关系,创新程度较低的城市与非核心城市在传统地理联系与经济联系的背景下呈现出“向上竞争”的空间互动形态,而创新程度较高的城市与核心城市逐渐打破地理界限,呈现以“逐优竞争”为主的跨区域空间竞争态势。因此,实施创新驱动发展战略、支持自主创新、完善基础设施水平、优化营商环境、提高市场化水平、规范城市竞争是激发创新、提升城市产业效率的重要举措。
In the environment of innovation-driven development,it is necessary to give full play to the role of innovation in transforming models of economic development and improving industrial efficiency.By constructing the micro-mechanism of the impact of the emergence of innovative behavior on industrial efficiency,and analyzing the adaptability and matching of the level of innovation and production activities,this paper reveals the action mechanism of the emergence of innovative behavior for industrial efficiency and the spatial interaction tendency of urban industrial competition.The study found that the level of urban innovation has a significant role in promoting urban industrial efficiency.With the improvement of infrastructure,the impact of the level of innovation on industrial efficiency has a tendency to grow,however,with different levels of marketization,this impact presents an“inverted U-shaped”phased characteristic,and the level of marketization must be adapted to the stage of urban development;There is an adaptability and matching relationship between the level of innovation and production activities.Cities with a low degree of innovation and non-core cities present a spatial interaction form of“upward competition”in the context of traditional geographical and economic connections,however,cities with a high degree of innovation and core cities gradually break the geographical boundaries,showing a cross-regional spatial competition tendency dominated by“competition for excellence”.Therefore,implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development,supporting independent innovation,improving infrastructure,optimizing business environment,improving marketization,and regulating urban competition are important measures to stimulate innovation and improve urban industrial efficiency.
