复方α-酮酸片联合尿毒清治疗非透析慢性肾功能不全的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Compoundα-ketoacid Tablets Combined with Niao duqing in the Treatment of Non-dialysis Chronic Renal Insufficiency

目的探讨采用复方α-酮酸片联合尿毒清治疗非透析慢性肾功能不全患者的价值。方法选取2018年3月—2021年3月南通市如皋博爱医院就医的50例非透析慢性肾功能不全患者作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法把患者分成观察组与对照组,每组25例。对照组患者执行常规对症治疗,观察组患者应用复方α-酮酸片联合尿毒清治疗。针对两组治疗效果展开分析。结果观察组总有效率88.00%优于对照组总有效率20.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=23.269,P<0.05)。观察组的尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、磷(P^(3+))、血浆白蛋白(Alb)的水平较对照组低,内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、血红蛋白(Hb)、钙离子(Ca^(2+))的水平比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗非透析慢性肾功能不全患者时选择复方α-酮酸片联合尿毒清治疗,可以有效改善病情,减轻症状。

Objective To explore the value of compoundα-ketoacid tablets combined with Niaoduqing in the treatment of non-dialysis patients with chronic renal insufficiency.Methods 50 non-dialysis patients with chronic renal insufficiency who were treated in Nantong Rugao Boai Hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine symp⁃tomatic treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with compoundα-ketoacid tablets combined with Niaoduqing.Ana⁃lyzed on the treatment effect of the two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 88.00%higher than 20.00%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=23.269,P<0.05).The levels of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr),phosphorus(P^(3+)),and plasma albumin(Alb)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the endogenous creati⁃nine clearance rate(Ccr),hemoglobin(Hb),calcium ions(Ca^(2+))was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of non-dialysis patients with chronic renal insufficiency,compoundα-ketoacid tablets com⁃bined with Niaoduqing can effectively improve the condition and relieve symptoms.
