摘要
在渣油加氢装置现场操作中,反应进料/反应产物换热器已成为制约装置长周期运行的关键因素之一。通过对原料油胶体稳定性的分析,探寻渣油加氢高压换热器结垢严重、换热效率下降、运行周期缩短等问题的潜在原因。
In the operation of residue hydrogenation unit,the reactor feed/effluent exchanger has become one of the key factors restricting the long-term operation of the unit.By analyzing the colloidal stability of feed oil,the potential causes of serious fouling,reduced heat exchange efficiency and shortened operation cycle of residue hydrogenation high-pressure heat exchanger were explored.
