亲和力与疏离感:高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”的角色塑造

Affinity and Alienation:The Role Shaping of"Double Leaders"of Party Branch Secretaries of Teachers in Colleges and Universities

高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”的角色定位是党建工作开展的关键环节,成为学者开展党建与思政研究的主阵地。本文在现有文献理论下解构了高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”角色塑造的概念,并用德尔菲法设计了调查问卷,选取疏离感和亲和力(共29个观察变量)对高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”的角色塑造开展了量化研究,运用结构方程模型对相关变量进行关联分析,结果显示亲和力与疏离感均对高校党支部书记“双带头人”的角色塑造有影响。其中,亲和力(P<0.001,路径系数为0.91)与角色塑造呈现出正相关,表明亲和力在高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”的角色塑造中有积极的促进作用;疏离感(P<0.05,路径系数为-0.02)对角色塑造呈现负相关,表明疏离感对高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”的角色塑造有一定的角色冲突,亲和力与疏离感之间的协相关系数为0.23,说明亲和力与疏离感之间有一定相互影响,但程度不大。本文以此作为研究的逻辑框架,分析了高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”个体的亲和力与疏离感在角色塑造中正反两面工作行为的影响机理,并提出相应策略,为学者研究提供可借鉴的思维视角。

The role of“Double Leaders”of the party branch secretaries of university teachers is the key link in the development of the party construction,and it has become the main position for scholars to carry out the party construction and ideological and political research.Using of the existing literature,this paper deconstructs the party branch secretary of the college teachers“Double Leading”the concept of role model,and the sense of Alienation and Affinity(a total of 29 observation variable)party branch secretary of college teachers of“Double Lead”role model has conducted a quantitative research,using structural equation model correlation analysis was carried out on the relevant variables,The results show that both Affinity and the sense of Alienation have an impact on the role of“Double Leaders”of party branch secretaries in colleges and universities.Among them,Affinity(P<0.001,path coefficient 0.91)is positively correlated with role shaping,indicating that Affinity plays a positive role in the role shaping of“Double Leaders”of college teachers party branch secretaries.Sense of Alienation(P<0.05,path coefficient-0.02)has a negative correlation with role shaping,indicating that the sense of Alienation has a certain role conflict with the role shaping of them.The correlation coefficient between Affinity and Sense of Alienation is 0.23,indicating that Affinity and sense of Alienation have a certain degree of mutual influence,but the degree is small.According to this logical framework of the research,this paper expounds the influence mechanism of the Affinity and the sense of Alienation of the“Double Leaders”of the party branch secretaries in colleges and universities on the positive and negative work behaviors in the role building,and puts forward coping strategies,so as to provide referential thinking perspective for scholars'related researches.
