摘要 热工仪表能够对电厂设备运行中的压力、温度、流量和振动等参数进行监测,及时发现异常,在预防安全事故的同时,实现设备的经济运行。但是,电厂热工仪表的运行环境恶劣,影响因素众多,容易出现各种各样的故障和问题,影响了仪表本身功能的有效发挥。对此,技术人员应该对热工仪表常见故障进行分析,针对压力测量仪表、温度测量仪表、流量测量仪表等不同热工仪表在运行中会产生不同的故障,给予正确的处理方法,采取有效的解决措施,提升热工仪表运行的可靠性,为电厂设备的安全运行提供保障。 Thermal instruments can monitor the parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow and vibration during the operation of power plant equipment, so as to find abnormalities in time. While preventing safety accidents, realize the economic operation of equipment. However, the operation environment of thermal instruments in power plants is poor,and there are many influencing factors, which are prone to various faults and problems, affecting the effective play of the functions of the instruments themselves. In this regard, technicians should analyze the common faults of thermal instruments. For different thermal instruments such as pressure measuring instruments, temperature measuring instruments and flow measuring instruments will produce different faults in operation, correct treatment methods are given,and effective solutions are taken to improve the reliability of thermal instruments, so as to provide guarantee for the safe operation of power plant equipment.
