摘要
中密度纤维板质量是影响其粉未涂料静电喷涂边缘开裂的重要原因,影响因素包括原材料质量、施胶量、密度及其均匀性、素板含水率和热压工艺等,并提出了相应的技术改进措施。
The quality of medium density fiberboard(MDF)was one of the most important factors affecting the edge cracking on electrostatic spraying of powder coating,which included raw materials quality,glue usage,density and density deviation,moisture content of substrate board and hot pressing process,etc.The corresponding technical improvement measures were put forward.
