摘要
目的:探讨动态反馈及控制体系在泌尿外科手术设备运行管理中的应用价值。方法:选取医院临床在用的泌尿外科手术设备,根据设备管理方法的不同将其分为对照组(54台)和观察组(61台),对照组设备采用传统责任制管理方法,观察组设备采用动态反馈及控制管理方法,从手术规划、术前准备、术中使用和术后管理4个阶段构建设备动态反馈及控制体系,对比两组设备部门协同效率、设备管理质量和临床服务水平。结果:观察组设备洁净度检测、功能检测、性能监测、感染风险监测、清洁消毒和质量巡检的有效处理时间均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(Z=2.202,Z=3.187,Z=3.456,Z=2.638,Z=2.409,Z=2.316;P<0.05);观察组设备故障维修率、感染风险率、清洁无效率和质量检测问题率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(Z=3.672,Z=3.995,Z=3.218,Z=3.323;P<0.05);泌尿外科手术室、医学装备处、感染管理科和消毒供应中心工作人员对观察组设备满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(Z=2.198,Z=2.692,Z=3.297,Z=3.933;P<0.05)。结论:动态反馈及控制体系能有效协调临床科室与医技科室的工作内容,提升问题应对和风险控制时效性,改善泌尿外科手术设备临床运行质量,提高设备临床服务水平。
Objective:To explore the application value of dynamic feedback and control system in the operation management of urological surgical equipment.Methods:The urological surgical equipment in clinical use were selected and divided into control group(54 sets) and observation group(61 sets) according to different research period.The control group used traditional responsibility system management method.The observation group adopted the dynamic feedback and control management method,and the dynamic feedback and control system was constructed from four stages of surgical planning,preoperative preparation,intraoperative use and postoperative management.The synergic efficiency,equipment management quality and clinical service level of the equipment in the two groups were compared.Results:The effective processing time of surgical equipment cleanliness testing,functional testing,performance monitoring,infection risk monitoring,cleaning and disinfection,and quality routing inspection in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.202,Z=3.187,Z=3.456,Z=2.638,Z=2.409,Z=2.316;P<0.05).The failure maintenance rate,infection risk rate,cleaning inefficiency and quality inspection problem rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences was statistically significant(Z=3.672,Z=3.995,Z=3.218,Z=3.323;P<0.05).The staff of urological surgery room,medical engineering department,infection management department and central sterile supply department were more satisfied with the equipment in the observation group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.198,Z=2.692,Z=3.297,Z=3.933;P<0.05).Conclusion:The dynamic feedback and control system can effectively coordinate the work content of clinical departments and medical technology departments,improve the timeliness of problem response and risk control,improve the clinical operation quality of urological surgical equipment,and enhance the clinical service level of equipment.
