区域发展政策视域下高职新工科人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of New Engineering Talents inHigher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Regional Development Policy

新工科人才培养模式的提出,为高职院校工科类人才培养提出新的挑战。通过调研发现,区域职业教育发展与区域经济发展不协调、高职院校人才培养与市场需求不匹配、高职院校产教融合不深入、“双师型”教师保障机制不完善,是区域发展政策视域下高职教育面临的主要问题。结合“一主引领、两翼驱动、全域协同”区域发展布局,提出协调省域教育资源平衡发展,提高专业设置与市场需求的契合度,完善“双师型”教师保障机制,深化产教融合的高职院校新工科人才培养模式。

The proposal of the new training mode of engineering talents has put forward new challenges for the training of engineering talents in higher vocational colleges.Through the investigation it is found that the main problems faced by higher vocational education from the perspective of regional development policy are the uncoordinated development of regional vocational education and regional economic development,the mismatch between talent training in higher vocational colleges and market demand,the lack of in-depth integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges,and the imperfect guarantee mechanism of doubleiqualified"teachers Combined with the regional development layout of"one master leading two wings driving andglobal coordination"it is proposed to coordinate the balanced development of provincial educational resourcessimprove the fit between specialty setting and market demand improve the guarantee mechanism of"double-qualified"teachers,and deepen the talent training mode of new engineering in higher vocational colleges with the integration ofindustry and education.
