A polypropylene plant is designed to complete the conveying of polypropylene powder through controlling the PDS valve,on this account,the normal operation of PDS valve affects the smooth operation of polypropylene plant as well as the output and quality of finished polypropylene products.Due to the high-frequency action of PDS valve and the working condition characteristics of powder medium,it is difficult to maintain long-term stable operation of the PDS valve,which poses a challenge to all management and maintenance personnel of the polypropylene plants and instruments.According to the application of PDS valve in a polypropylene plant,the performance and characteristics of PDS valve are analyzed,and the countermeasures for long-term operation of PDS valve are proposed to ensure the long-term stable operation of polypropylene plant.
